Our youngest grandchild, Billie-Anne, is having her first birthday soon and after waiting 10 years for her to be a reality it is so hard to believe that this last year has flown by so quickly. I've been busy making her a Cowgirl dress and thought I'd post a pic of it on here. Isn't she just gorgeous?
